2) Instead of 3 big meals a day, try to eat 5-6 small portions – this keeps the digestive system of your body active.

3) Eat foods that need more energy for digestion, this includes, raw vegetables, cheese, fish, chicken, asparagus.

4) Give your metabolism a boost with drinking water (ideally more then 8 glasses) throughout the day.

5) Exercise to build muscle.  Muscle increases your metabolism naturally.

Always take new measurements of your body and record your weight every week or so.  In case you aren’t seeing any positive improvements, adjust your weight loss plan and exercise.
